Software Development
System Software
We are offering following services based on our broad experiences in
the field of Systems Software:
 | Specification, planning, design, management and supervision of Diagnostic Packages. |
 | Specification, planning, design, management and supervision of Monitoring and Diagnostic
packages. |
 | Specification, design and implementation of Protocol Suites. |
 | Specification, planning, design, management and supervision of Automated Stores. |
 | Specification, planning, design and commissioning of Motion Control Software. |
Our solutions are based on
experiences with the following operating systems:

 | UNIX / LINUX |
 | Realtime operating systems |
 | Microsoft |
 | MS-DOS |
|
Following programming languages
are used:

 | Assembler |
 | PASCAL |
 | FORTRAN |
 | C & C++ language |
 | Visual Basic |
 | PL/1 |
 | Lisp |
 | COBOL |
 | Database (diverse) |
|
We developed complex project
solutions based on following computersystems and -subsystems:

 | SUN Microsystems |
 | IBM |
 | Texas Instruments |
 | Allen & Bradey (A&B) |
 | SIEMENS |
 | DIETZ |
|
Main Knowledge Base In Software Applications
We keep a broad and well sounded knowledge to work out full concepts of
software modules and systems. Here are some applications which can be realized with our
software solutions:
 | Third-Level Diagnostic Systems in automated production lines |
 | Second-Level Diagnostic Systems in production lines, with Monitoring to analyse tool
usage |
 | First-Level Diagnostic Systems and Electronic Switchboards |
 | Management and Supervision of Automated Stores |
 | Flexible Manufacturing Systems with Up-Downloading of part-programs from supervision
layer to First-Level controllers |
 | Quality Control with forwarding of the results of data analysis to local displays using
local network technology |
 | Quality Control with on-line data analysis and, where required, alerting of maintenance
staff using radio-beeper technology |
 | Design, implementation, commissioning and testing of a system for the automated mounting
of cams on engine drive shafts |
The following is a short list of the software packages and hardware systems we
currently have in use:
 | PROCESSVIEW, SOFT-IN |
 | CONTROLVIEW, ALLEN & BRADLEY |
 | PANELVIEW, ALLEN & BRADLEY |
 | SCREENWARE, ALLEN & BRADLEY |
 | IGD COMAU |
 | PC IBM/ASEM/COMPAQ |
 | OS32;OPXX,WFXXX SIEMENS |
Standard Software Packages
 | Automated Stores Management |
This is a highly configurable software package running under Basic Module for the
management of medium-sized Automated Stores. It features an algorithm for trasla movement
optimisation. It uses a loose FIFO technique to maintain full control of stored component
ageing. It uses PLCs to keep track of every event to achieve complete critical data
duplication.
 | Process View |
This is a package used for developing custom monitoring tasks for PLC-based systems,
and is integrated with Third-Level Diagnostics.
 | Motion Control |
After lengthy experience in programming Motion Control components produced by the
foremost PLC suppliers (A-B, TEXAS, SIEMENS), Soft-in Group developed standard procedures
to allow for easy interfacing and teaching-by-showing of relevant points directly while
commissioning plant. |
